Mozambique Prawns (Shrimp):

Prawns (Shrimp) freshly caught off the Mozambique coast and frozen at sea, the following are the different varieties of prawn we have to offer:

  • Red Prawn (shrimp) Tails: Shell on but deveined (C&D)

  • Red Prawn (shrimp) Whole: Head on

  • Pink Prawn (Shrimp) Tails: Shell on but Deveined (C&D)

  • Pink Prawn (Shrimp) Tails: Peeled and Deveined (P&D) just a beautiful piece of prawn meat.
